Terms of service
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms apply when an organization uses Teammetry, including on a trial. A signed order form, where there is one, takes precedence over them.
The service
Teammetry holds private conversations with an organization's people and its candidates, and turns them into organizational insights and candidate reports. It informs decisions and never makes them.
The organization's responsibilities
- Invite only people it has a lawful reason to invite, and tell them why, which Teammetry's participant notice helps it do.
- Not make a hiring, promotion, or dismissal decision based on Teammetry alone; its own people decide.
- Not try to identify who said what, or use the service to discriminate against anyone.
- Keep its sign-in accounts secure, and add only the members who need access.
- Complete participants' requests about their data that reach it through Teammetry.
Plans
A trial includes 15 conversations over 30 days with every feature. Other plans are agreed with us. Limits apply when a conversation is created, never during one.
Data
The organization owns its data. Teammetry processes it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice, and does not use it to train AI models. On request, or at the end of the agreement, the organization can export its reports and have its data deleted.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and tell organizations in advance about changes that affect them. Models and methods are versioned, and every report records the versions it was built with.
Liability
Teammetry is provided to inform decisions the organization makes. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.
